North Coast is in great need of renovations to their facility. The primary need is for handi-cap accessibility to the building and restroom facilities accessible on the main floor. The renovations will also improve the resale capability of the building as the church will more than likely need to look for a larger facility in the future. This is a brief list of the things needed:

Professional design and compliance to local zoning and building requirements. There are design professionals currently working on the drawings to submit to the building department for permitting. As an added blessing and benefit, these are like-minded brethren offering services at great reduction of cost! Our team is equipped to provide experience and assistance in helping to guide the design process by value engineering the construction needs and methods and assisting in the presentation and approvals of the zoning and building officials.

In addition to the design, a construction budget will be established

If the additional funds are required over and above what is currently available, assistance in raising those funds is needed.

Organizing a construction schedule and sequence that allows the church meetings to function throughout the construction process.

Organizing work teams and any needed subcontract services to complete the project.

Organizing additional work teams to provide helps such as meals, cleaning, light labor needs, etc.

Organizing additional teams to launch out into the community for door to door work to help continue the outreach as much of the church there will be involved with an increased workload during the construction process.
